Don’t eat the skin. Don’t go back for seconds. Drink 8-10 glasses of water each day. Skip desert. Walk to work. Walk your dog. Play with your dog. Play a sport. Ride your bike. Never get fast food. Frozen food isn’t much better. Don’t grocery shop hungry. Don’t eat right before bed. Don’t eat your feelings. Tell the Girl Scouts to fuck off the guy who brings crispy crème to work.
